Judging by the paint, I'd say that grinder saw little use.
Judging by the rust, I'd say that grinder will see little use.
It makes me ill to see a precision piece of machinery like that sitting outside with severe corrosion like that. They sat a precision surface grinder outside for apparently a long time and now it is probably junk. $8,300 wasted. Feh!
