Surface grinder questions

I have a Milwaukee toolmaker surface grinder coming in the next week and have a couple questions. Where is the best source for wheels? I see the norton 32A seems to be the most popular. And does the new wheel need to be balanced? It says on the machine only use balanced wheels. Thanks in advance guys.

I ran a surface grinder in a previous job and we had a balancing stand thing we used. You would spin the wheel lightly and if it looked like one side was heavy it tended to end up spun towards the bottom. Then we drilled small shallow holes in it with a drill press to balance. After that was done you dressed the wheel and got to work.

I've never balanced 6-7" wheels that just slip on the spindle. Only larger wheels that were mounted on arbors with sliding radial weights.
