Survival in "The Wild"

Dingus looks great Bill. I'll have to get some pics of Boudreaux and post some!

Rhodesian Ridgeback. He's 3 yrs old and weighs 100 lbs even.

He is a splendid looking dog!

I'm too close to DC to have a nice, big fellow like Dingus. Have to make do with the wife's teeny, tiny little Scottish Terrier. Oh well, his personality is big.:p

Those little terriers have amazing courage. My dad grew up on a farm with a fox terrier type dog named "Doodle". When dad and his brothers were attacked by a big rabid hound Doodle intervened until my Grampa took out the interloper with a shotgun. Sadly, Doodle had to be put down.

They are amazing little devils. Not much common sense, but a lot of heart.

I prefer larger dogs, but the little yapper loves me.:D

[He does grow on ya.]

I grew up with Springer Spaniels and a Wolf Malumute mix. Both fantastic dogs. That said, I have never seen a dog with the courage and heart of my Mini Dachshund.
Little dogs don't know they are little.
