I'm building one right now to suit my needs, but i'm curious to see what others have built!

its not something i wear.its kept in my PSK and i have it on a necklace for ease of storage and organization.its a bit crowded to actually wear.

Carry immediate regularly used items around your neck. Everything else is just excess and bulky. If it gets too bulky, you won't wear it.
 
I actually carry mine on a belt loop instead of my neck. Bic, Leatherman Micra, Small Flashlight, that's about it.
