Does anyone here know if the survival sheath would be able to fit a buck 119? I would like to get a sheath for my 119 that I will be taking hunting other than the one that came with it?

I have the 119 sheath and love it, but to each their own. I dont know of anyone that makes different sheaths, I would get one custom made from a leatherworker.

If you dont mind kydex, give Normark a shout. He makes fantastic kydex sheaths.

You could get a molded liner for the small model.

did you try spec ops sheaths they have a small sheath up to 6"blade width 1 7/8" ,blade thickness 1/4" & the survival sheath has a huge pocket to store items or the combat version smaller pocket for like a multitool. color choices also black/o.d.green/desert tan , I love the survival sheath, I own one in desert tan and order a green to go with my NWA knife. they have a large also for blades up to 8".

Robert H, who is a member here, designed the sheath for Spec Ops. It comes in two sizes, with the smaller one suitable for knives with blades up to six inches in length.

I have a large model and have found it to be overengineered (a good thing!) and well made. If you go this route, you may want to get a custom Kydex liner as the stock one is pretty loose. Here is a link to it on Robert's website.

There are a few survival type sheaths on the market. Eagle, blackhawk and spec ops are the three that I know of. Get a kydex and lace a pouch to it, or, just carry the gear in a separate pouch on your belt next to the knife.
