Survival Skills Course in the midwest??

Mountain Shepherd is a wilderness survival school based outside of Buena Vista, VA and is led by former Air Force SERE instructor, Reggie Bennett. There are various courses available. Class size is limited to 10 people. Cost was $550 per course, last I checked. I recommend Humble Thunder. It is a 4 day course that covers exactly what you mentioned -- the seven priorities of wildnerness survival. I took it last year and loved it. Money very well spent. I am going back in October to take Hidden Pursuit. I get no "kickbacks" of any kind for this referral. It is completely unbiased and deserved.
