This is LNIB. I bought it back in February and unfortunately it has sat in a drawer. The only marks are on the front end of the handle where the handle rubs on the kydex sheath when pulling the knife in and out. This one is CPM-20CV with OD green linen micarta and green kydex sheath. This is a factory 1st, not a 2nd.
