My advice would be everyone who has got ripped off contact the State Attorney General of the State the company is located in and file a complaint. Based on my own experience, it is very effective. Many years ago filed from NY to Texas AG, must have gotten alot of complaints. The company was shut down within weeks and my money refunded.
They also can criminally prosecute. More complaints that get filed the better. Most can be done online and by email

Hey man, show some respect! Guy and Ellie certainly aren't fraudster, lying scumbags, they're GOOD PEOPLE who just "got in over their head"! They make the best knife on the market!
