Survive! Skills, Tips, Tricks and How to's

I think it's really cool Guy sends us a bit with our knives, but before I knew that would be standard practice, I picked up a couple of these keys/wrenches. At least for me it makes tightening, and especially loosening, easier to have more grip and get some more torque. I had 2 ideas of how to discretely attach it to the knife sheath, but I'm not really happy with either.

Any ideas how to get this guy securely yet out of the way on the sheath?

If you already own Leatherman Wave or Charge TTi, you can also purchase the optional bit kit which also contains a T-25 inside. Not sure if this is helpful?

^^^^^ Yeah that is an awesome idea. I have a Leatherman Sidekick and I've had a Wave in my amazon cart several times, but can't justify the $80-90 price tag for just a couple extra tools.

I picked up a couple extra Waves on the exchange. They were about $50 each. I keep one in my truck, one in my office, and carry one in a kit. Keep your eyes open. And for what it's worth, my first Wave was purchased at retail... And it's worth it, IMHO.

Get a Wave. Best money you'll ever spend.

I have the Charge TTi, and the extra bits are handy. I did loose the Phillips bit while adjusting my ATV idle while in the woods. It just dropped to the ground, but needless to say, it was lost. No worries as they are readily available on Amazon. I carry the Victornox Spirit Plus SS with the ratchet. That tool has come in handy more times than I can count.
