Current weight is 223, I have lost 52 lbs since Nov 2009! Things are looking better and bikes are addictive. Now my wife and I want mountain bikes to go along with our road bikes!

... another ten lbs gone, down to 212... I have tried to lose weight before and always "hung-up" around 228-230, It feels good to see that in the rearview mirror....

Great job Mark! I never ride street bikes but mountain biking is one of my releases. There is nothing like pushing yourself harder than you think is possible.

Pics! Im a huge vintage bike fan. I have 6 in my garage right now. They all need some love, I just keep buying them when I come across a deal. Looks like a bike graveyard in my garage lol....

let me gat my new glasses so i can see wtf i'm doing in the garage and then i'll do some cleansing and post pix.
