Hey Greg and Ron,

How do you feel about your original picks for Survivor? I liked Clint Eastwood's assessment: something to the effect that he would have killed them all in the first week.

Hoodoo

Why dost thou whet thy knife so earnestly?

The Merchant of Venice, Act IV. Scene I.

In my opinion, the whole series was/is a joke. The only real survival techniques that they've done is spearfishing and the shelter in the beginning. I think that if they were left on the island without any food(rice & canned goods) or outside assistance, they would have been in a bad shape.

Welll......lllll....llll.... guess I laughed all the way to the bank on that one.

I have only watched the one show.... the one that Star sent me. I have some others on tape (thanks Kirk) and plan to watch them once I am done with the current book I am working on (Oct). Since I don't watch TV (except for an occ movie... don't even have cable) I am not used to sitting for long periods of time in front of one.

I will be watching for the value of how I can use the problems within the created society vs any skill information. After all I do run management enhancement programs too... I may find a good Visual Aid

BTW... I did laugh when I watched the show and did find it entertaining. However, it has nothing to do with wilderness survival skills.
