Here is a beautiful 206 mm sushi knife. I made from O1 hardened to 60rc. The blade has a patina and is chisel ground at 16 degrees for a right handed user. The handles are Sweet Gum Pods & dyed Alumilite resin on black g10 liners with brown g10 pins.
