Swage Block: where to find in or near Italy

I've made an extensive research in internet, and apparently can't find a swage block in Italy. It seems it's fairly common in the USA, but not here.
Perhaps my failure at finding one lies in the fact that I don't have the faintest idea about how a swage block is called in italian... Well, can anybody help me?
