Swamp Rat Dog Skinner w/ Sheath: One of the original “Mike Thourot” knives in D2 steel. I purchased this knife from a fellow forum member. The knife is in the condition I received it. There are some very fine scratches on both sides of the blade if viewed in the right light. They really are fine and hard to pick up in a photograph, though they can be seen on the hilt of the knife in the picture with the sheath. The knife does not look to have been used, or sharpened so perhaps the scratches came from inserting the knife in the sheath? There is also a small ding in the choil / hilt interface that can be seen in the close up photo. I'm pointing out these imperfections because I'd rather err to the side of over, than under disclosure. That being said these are relatively minor issues, especially if the knife will be used. The sheath is a very nice Leatherman with a rattlesnake insert. Leatherman made the following comment on this sheath “huge friggin snake.... over 7 feet long”. $365 USPS MO / $375 PayPal SOLD
Swamp Rat Rat Hunter w/ Sheath: I purchased this knife from a fellow forum member as “NIB, unused, uncarried, was touched up on the sharpmaker, light staining near the handle, custom leatherman sheath”. The knife is still in the condition I received it, however I'll add a few more comments: There is also a small dark spot on each side of the hilt I can't get off by simply rubbing it with a rag, call it staining as well. These spots are visible in the pictures, though difficult to see because they're so small. As with the Dog Skinner there are a few very fine scratches on the blade, though I'm only able to identify a few and they are near the blade edge; perhaps from the Sharpmaker? Again trying to err to the side of over, rather than under disclosure. The sheath as noted is a Leatherman, it is marked prototype on the back side. $275 USPS MO / $285 PayPal SOLD

Swamp Rat Paul's Ratchet: The ratchet is new, as received from the factory. It has not been used, sharpened, or inserted in a sheath. However, there is some very minor chipping of the coating on the top of the back of the blade as can be seen in the close up photo. $185 USPS MO / $192 PayPal SOLD
