Swamp Rat 911 or Scrap Yard 911

No, neither has diff HT, Eric confirmed at the early stage of R9 life, the cost of knife goes up with diff HT. But do not fret, apparently there is not one piece of INFI that's been diff HTed! And given that the same magic is worked on SR-101 (well the one and only Busse Ht) the risk of failure is very low (unless you start beating on it with steel hammer or axe).

All that said, I have 911 on order, no R9 yet but I do have M9 & Rat Mastiff...

how about their durability?

It's pretty much the same stuff as skateboard wheels. Pretty tough.

I also prefer the Res-C over the micarta, especially with wet hands. With the exception of the HRLM, all my Rats are Res-C and a Scrapmuk sees a lot of use from my wife in the kitchen. It's her favorite knife.

I got my first Res-C just the other day and have to admit I like it!. It's a basic 9 all Sage!
I am not a fan of rubber type handles usually and like G10 or Micarta but the Res-C feels solid and very comfy in hand. My CS Kraton feels sticky. I think for my user blades I'm going with Res-C. Only blade I think I wouldn't like it on is the NMFBM and such.
