Actually I did shoot you email saying I wouldn't be able to send it off on Monday and the knife went out on Wed. I have shipped many stuff the past few days so maybe I got the tracking numbers confused. It was shipped by usps and you'll have to sign for it just like you would with ups. I hope it's not a big deal. If you didn't get it today then Mon for sure. Relax.

that was not called for. I have been nothing but patient with you. From my perspective, this is what happened. We exchanged emails with quick replies before I sent you the money. After you received my money, you confirmed so with another quick reply. Then, I emailed you several times with no reply. Sure maybe your email was down, but how was I to know that. I would assume that I was not the only one that could not get your messages and therefore I find it REAL hard to believe that you were unaware of such a status of your communication abilities. Even if you were ignorant, I notified you via this board that I was not getting ANYTHING from you. Your reply, “oh guess it must be down.” But then you assume that I got your email of notification??!!! Oh and BTW, UPS comes later in the day than USPS, I most likely am not here when USPS comes, but am here when UPS comes. in my past experience, usps gives it two tries and then sends package back to you...so you can re-send it again. That is the exact reason why I asked you to send it with UPS instead of usps, which by the way YOU SAID YOU WOULD DO.

Look, it wouldn’t have been a big deal that you sent the knife out two days later than you first told me, IF YOU WOULD HAVE TOLD ME that you could not follow though on the original agreement. It would not have been a big deal that you switched back to usps after saying you would ship ups IF YOU WOULD HAVE TOLD ME that you could not follow though on the original agreement. The fact is, if your email is down like you say it is, THEN IT IS YOUR JOB to try and figure out another way to communicate with me…this is not the buyer’s responsibility.

I noticed that you posted an unsatisfactory remark about a particular seller of a knife when you were the buyer because you felt he misinformed you about the condition of the deal…golly, sounds rather familiar to me (oh, wait, maybe his email was down and he sent you updates on the condition of the knife that you just didn’t get… musta actually been your fault eh?).

I don’t know you from Adam, yet I sent you money without even seeing a picture of the knife! I have given you much more than the benefit of the doubt and you appear to go out of your way to be inconsiderate, and then have the gall to tell me to relax…

Yeah, maybe you mixed up the tracking numbers, if you re-read my post, I once again, gave you the benefit of the doubt that perhaps that was what you did INSTEAD of NOT sticking to your word…oh well my bad again I guess.

Still…not even an apology from you…WOW!?
 
I think you're making a big deal out of virtually nothing. I'm not sure why my emails didn't reach you and I did apologize. You sound like I'm trying to scam you or something like that, give me a break. Once you receive the knife (most likely on Mon) and you don't like it or you think that if you would have received it few days earlier would make "all the difference in the world" by all means send it back and I'll be happy to give you a refund. There were other guys literally begging me for this knife. End of story.

What insults are you talking about? I have apologized in the e-mails I sent you and believe, I had NO intentions of keeping your money and not doing my part of transaction. Again, please don't keep the knife and I'll refund you the whole amount. Lets end it at that, I don't have time to read your untrue, senseless whinings.
 
i'm not sure how much clearer i can make this I NEVER GOT YOUR EMAILS PAST THE ONE THAT YOU TOLD ME YOU HAD MY MONEY. i've told you this about four times now...the issue of your email being down, you claimed, but then you turn around and tell me that it was working? which is it?

whining? that's not insulting either is it? :rolleyes:

BTW from what I have read in this thread if I were anewguy I would be very upset as well.

I bought a knife from greens a couple of weeks ago and it did make it's way to me. The knife was in way better condition than he told me, that was nice. Communication from greens was not that good and yes there were a couple of times when I was wondering if I had been burnt but I did get the knife. I do not think your overeacting. There's some pressure and stress involved in sending a stranger that much money and they should realize that and be considerate to it.
