I have never used or carried it, though I am not the original owner, but it doesn't look like he did either as far as I can tell..Blade does have some very slight scuff marks from the sheath as it is a tight fit. There is a small mark by the choil on the right hand side(w/point facing away from you)..It looks like a factory tool/buffer mark but not sure...I did my best to get a shot of it in the pics..Other than that the knife is great..
