I was torn between Orange, Red & Tan
I figured Orange will be easier to find when I drop it in the woods...
It looks as if the traffic was huge but things should be leveling out & working better...I would recommend staying at it. The blade does call your name

Is it too early to start requesting a 6 inch version in 3/16 SR3V ( please )

Yeah, this is gonna be one damn fine blade and I especially love that it's SR101
But, that a fantastic idea for a 3/16- 6 inch version in sr3v!

Well after going back and forth, I finally settled on green canvas and bronze. I figured living in NM they're a good color combo for the sagebrush and desert.
You can’t go wrong with green canvas - the new stuff from Busse holds its color better than any other micarta I’ve had

Not a bad idea, but I’d much prefer it in INFI. I am NOT a fan of 3V. Admittedly I’ve only had it in a few blades from a couple manufacturers. But I have just not been impressed with it. Certainly not for the cost (in what I’ve seen it in). INFI is one of only a couple of hyped steels that has met the hype, or more so. I fought buying into INFI for a long time. I was foolish.
That being said… maybe I should learn from my previous mistakes and try SR3V sometime .
But that is a digression from the thread for which I apologize. I’m looking forward to this blade!
