Seems a bit overpriced for the amount of product compared to other Food Safe waxes like Walrus Wood Wax (which I have used until I started making my own concoction) which are formulated to be Food Safe.Sorry for the late reply
I've no idea what's in it. I would imagine Busto's probably right. But, you can ask Fred. He's a very nice fella.
Could very well be a bit overpriced there Busto. Could very well be...Seems a bit overpriced for the amount of product compared to other Food Safe waxes like Walrus Wood Wax (which I have used until I started making my own concoction) which are formulated to be Food Safe.
Actually I made a batch that I put in the Tins and gave them away with the cutting boards and kept 2 for myself. It was easy enough to make, but not something I would make for sale, but thanks for asking I'm busy enough with the knives...Could very well be a bit overpriced there Busto. Could very well be...
Very fortunate to make your own.
Btw, do you sell what you make?
Here is all you need to go into business making the wax.........Could very well be a bit overpriced there Busto. Could very well be...

I made it, I got home a hour before the UPS truck, this is a really cool blade, I was surprised by how thin it is. I think the Blue blade and Red& Black G10 looks great, I will post a photo tomorrow.I checked my tracking information, it's scheduled for Saturday before 9:00pm (Signature Required).
UPS normally gets to my house around 4:30. My flight lands at 3:30 and the airport is a hour from my house. The race is on...![]()
Just barely got it in and had to leave for an errand, but did manage to snap a few pics. This is green micarta and a bronze finish. I really like the bronze finish as it's darker than i thought it would be.Can someone please post a size comparison pic next to a RMD, full size Res-C handled blade or along a tape measure?
THANKS and Congrat's to those who scored!
Merry Christmas,
Stump
You betcha!!THANK YOU ironwagon!!!
That is a NICE looking blade, luethge ! Where did the sheath come from? I don't recall the Busse sheaths having a rivet in them.
My GSP is supposed to arrive today. Looking forward to it.
