I ordered my new Favorite Knife in Feb 05 anticipating a 3-6 week wait. During that wait I had to change shipping methods and was probably a regular pain in the rear. The folks at Swamp Rat (Eric especially) were very easily reached via email, prompt with their responses and accomodating.
Being a first time Swamp Rat customer I had high expectations especially with all the glowing reviews on their knives. I ended up waiting approximately 8 weeks for my Safari Skinner and after seeing it in person and some light use, I would have waited another 8 weeks for a product this fine. Great Product + Great Customer Service = Lifetime Fan and Customer. Thanks Swamp Rat. Now I see what all the enthusiasm is about.
