Several personal favorites up for sale today. Would rather not sell these but sometimes life punches you in the nuts lol. I would prefer to sell these but if you have trade offers feel free to send them via pm because sometimes, I can't resist lol. Questions about the knives are welcome in the thread but please send all other questions or concerns via pm. Preferred payment option is Paypal using the FF option, but other payment options can be discussed via pm.
#1 Custom Shop Swamp Rat Eraticator in SR-77. This blade is new and unused but has a very slight blemish on the left side of the blade towards the tip. Couldn't pick it up in photos and it would probably polish out easily, but I'll leave that to the new owner. Any other flecks in the pic are just oil spots or dust. This blade feels great in the hand and the balance and grinds are amazing. Would be an epic user or addition to someone's collection. $350 shipped.
#2 Swamp Rat Howling Rat in unused condition. The steel on this one is SR-101. This blade has the large choil which works great for choking up for detail work. Flat grind is great too. Lightweight and nimble. Would make an excellent hunter or survival blade. Comes with a really well-made leather sheath that fits like a glove. $215 shipped.
#3 Swamp Rat Bad Rattitude in 50100B steel that was professionally reprofiled to 15 degrees per side by Father & Son Traditional Sharpening. Other than sharpening this blade is unused. Blade feels good in the hand and is an excellent size and shape to an effective fighter. Comes with an excellent black taco kydex made by Azwelke. $215 shipped.
#4 TOPS Brakimo in unused condition without box or docs. 1095 blade steel and very comfortable tan micarta handle. I like this knife quite a bit but I've gotta downsize the collection some. $115 shipped PP FF.
5. Justin Gingrich Ranger Knives RD7 in 1/4 in thick 5160 blade steel. This is not to be confused with the later Ranger series made by Ontario Knife Co. That line is great but not in the same league. His original stuff is excellent and getting harder to find. This blade was stripped of its coating so there are some grind marks and slight pits that show on the blade. Excellent flat ground blade has a finer edge along the belly with a much thicker edge towards the tip. This allows for a deep bite with each chop while still having a point that's tough as hell. Blade has been lightly sharpened with no dings or edge damage. $255 shipped via PP FF.
6. SOLD New and unused Scrap Yard Knife Co. DB-321. This one is a first run model with the Desert Sage coating. No sheath only the original cardboard sleeve. In the "if I could only have one knife" category this blade is in my top 3. Light enough in the hand to be a fighter but tough enough to take any beating you throw at it. Just heavy enough to be a good chopper yet the large choil gives a good spot to choke up for finer work.SOLD $200 shipped via PP FF. Specs from the manufacturer of the DB-321 below. As usual questions are welcome!
Specs:
Blade Length: Approx. 8"
OAL: Approx. 13"
Thickness: Approx. .210"
Bevel: Flat Sabre
Handle: Black Resiprene C
Steel = SR-101
