Swamp Rat value?

My daughter has a desert tan swamp rat..not sure the model name but it's 9in. over all with a 4 1/2in. blade.Any idea what is worth? THANKS
 
With that size of blade it sounds like the Desert Howling Rat, or possibly the Inficoot if so it is a beauty and they are very desirable right now. I'm sure someone will be able to give a better estimate of value but it is definitely worth more then what it originally sold for. ;)

Is it the tan one in this pic (Desert Howling Rat)? This is a 1st Generation HR due to the shallow choil (indent on blade just past the handle).

There were also Tan 2nd Generations Howlers, that have a much deeper choil. They look like the one in this link (but tan, obviously).

Depending on condition the price may vary a little, though Swamp Rats tend to hold their value even after being used. Like Eric said they will be worth more now than they were new, even if used.

I'll let someone else deal with price once we know what model we're dealing with. If it's a Gen 1 Desert Howling Rat I got first dibs!:D:thumbup:
