The handle is tan canvas micarta.
How old is it? The current version of that blade coating is Desert Sage, but you'd looks darker that that. (There may have been a Sage Green before I was really paying attention)

That may be the exact color's name. I just see it as a sage green. It's from the first run of the waki. Thanks for clarifying the handle color as well for me. I've just had this piece in my safe since purchase and could not remember the details.
 
Can someone reveal the actual spec/dimensions of a Waki versus a Rucki? Hopefully this helps more than me. I know a Waki is longer...but what about thickness and width?

Correct.

This blade is a moss green blade coating with tan micarta handles.

Moss green differs from sage in that sage is more of a tan color. It differs from jungle green in that it is a lighter green and moss green also has a "dimpled" effect to it, unlike jungle green which is untextured.

The top blade is sage with tan micarta and the bottom blade is moss green with tan micarta.

I have the same color combo on a rucki, though I thought moss was a newer color option than the first run of wacki's. This would look sweet-er with my rucki next to it.
 
Thanks guys for the clarification. In my mind I kept thinking "sage green" for some reason.

Just need to sell it now............
