Hello !!

I recently changed my Page Style on my User CP to SWAMP RAT. I like the color scheme but am wondering why it only shows up on certain pages and most pages still use the DEFAULT style?

Any info..??

Delete old cookies/internet files in your cache.

I just did as you suggested, dumped all my old cookies and IE Cache and I am still only getting a few pages in the Swamp Rat mode. Should it be ALL the forums? Or is it just certain ones....

I don't know if this is a cookies issue or not, but in case it is, delete cookies and caches again and this time restart Windows before you return to the forum. For some reason that's often the only way to get rid of old settings ... computers are inscrutable....

I have cleared all my cookies - dumped my IE Cache - rebooted the sytem - you name it, I tried it. And when else fails, go back and re-read the instructions - RIGHT !!! AT this point I really don't think it is me, or my comupter - not cookies, not cache, not anything "I" can remedy. In reading the notes again on my CP Options Tab, it states

"You may pick a style that MAY or MAY NOT override the default page settings."

I gave up and went back to the default settings. oh well... :grumpy: Thanks for the suggestions anyway guys !!!!

Most forums are set so that the forum style set overrides your custom settings.

When I have a few hours (probably not soon) I'll take a look at what I can do to make it more user customizeable.

thanks for checking in Spark! Its not that big of a deal that I am going to stop using the Forums. Whenever you do get around to checking on it, I'd appreciate a post as to what you find out.
