Does anyone know how this wrap was achieved? Is it two seperate strands tied at the pommel end, or is it one strand with each end wrapped from the guard on back? Me confuse-ed

Just finished wrapping the black Swamp Warden I got the other day. I left the inner core in; maybe next time I'll try it gutted. Go Gators!!!
