Is it really a S&W? I can't destinguish the logo on the blade. I know that Taylor Cutlery (Yuck, I'll have to rinse my mouth after saying that name) markets the SWAT folder using the Smith & Wesson name under license, but this balisong says it's by SWAT. Is there a knife company out there called SWAT?

That's not a S&W brand.
S.W.A.T. is the company name. From what I recall, they have been a private military provider for a while and have just gotten into the public knife scene recently with some OTF's.
From what I read, their quality is good!
I haven't seen this Bali yet, you might want to check on the Balisong forum. It looks pretty nice!

There's a couple of reviews over in the Balisong Forum...apparently it's a good knife for the money.

There's supposed to be a solid brass-handled version to go into production later this year.
