I have not seen one in preson, but from the pics your fit and finish looks to be on par with some of the big names in slipjoints!

That is pretty knife. You do very good work. I have some pretty good sloipjoint knives, and I would like to get one of yours. i will check out your website.

I think you are making some exceptionally nice knives. I am not much of a friction folder fan, but the ones i've seen that you have made lately make me want one:D

Peter,

The knives I make, are slip joints, I have never made a friction folder.

Thanks for the compliments.

That's a real handsome Sway back jack! The new owner's gonna love that!

Amazing that old ugly piece of mammoth ivory turned out so nice. Excellent job - glad to see you at Tulsa. Mike

Excellent.

Is that black, or blue in the mammoth ivory.

Keith,
It's pretty much black.
There could be a hint of blue there, but very dark.

It was great talking to you too Mike.
And it is amazing whats under neath some of that old tusk.

I really do appreciate it ya'll. Thanks!

Todd, your knives have so much to offer, and this one is again fantastic.
i like that mammoth ivory better than any i have seen; bit like old British/European stag.
that's another knife i would have bought.

Looks great, i'm not so sure about the Sowbelly Shield in a Swayback though. I can't say that I've ever seen a Sowbelly Shield on anything, but a Sowbelly:confused:
