Swayback

My budget will be the CASE line.
I think you will like the Case, if you don't mind the slightly smaller size.... I certainly like 'em..... :D

The Viper swaybacks are very well made knives.
I’ve been wondering, how well is the handle married to the bolsters? Is it a tight fit, or is there a gap
 
As you can see from the pictures there are no gaps between the scales and the bolsters of the Wright lambsfoot knives and the Vipers. The Wrights have some gaps between the backsprings and the liners, but nothing really bad. The Vipers are clean with no gaps anywhere.
 
I was going to suggest a few of my favorites, but then I realized I've never owned a sway back that I didn't love. GEC, Case, Viper, Sheffield... Loved them all.

I think you will be very, very pleased with a Case Sway Back. I really like the two-bladed, CV versions in particular. :)
