I have a swedged magnacut dek1 user for sale.
This knife has been used. If you're looking for a safe queen, this isn't going to be the knife for you.
I have resharpened the knife twice since I bought it. Each time was to 20 dps. I'm the original owner.
I wiped the blade down with alcohol to remove any fingerprints or smudges and I put it under a bright led to take the photos so you can see any scratches. It makes the abrasions a lot more noticeable, but I don't want any misconceptions. I'm more than happy to do a video call if someone is interested so you can see the knife real time.
I live in Utah and so the corrosion resistance of magnacut isn't really something I need. I did enjoy the increased edge retention over d3v, but I don't think it's a massive, huge difference. It's noticeable, but not like s90v or something.
For my purposes, I'd prefer the extra edge stability of d3v.
