I picked up a pair of kitchen knives from our own

They are superb! Handles are extremely comfortable, grinds are uniform and the knives arrived all the way from the Czech Republic extremely sharp! As you can see I've already started building a patina on the Santoku. These are both fantastic additions to the kitchen toolset.
