Hey folks. I just completed this hunter/skinner earlier today. It still needs a sheath and an edge but I thought I post it for now anyway.

Blade: 1084 high carbon with a 3.25" cutting edge. Hand rubbed satin finish. Spine is 1/8" at the heel with a distal taper.
No official hardness test was done, but I treated with my Evenheat and did the old classic file test with great success. Tempered for two 2 hour cycles at 450 so I am estimating about 59 rc.

Handle: Cocobolo with OD green G10 bolsters. Black G10 liner with natural micarta pins.

7.5" OAL

Sale price: $300 USD to your door. Comes with leather sheath that will be completed within a week hopefully.

Nice work. Scales are finished to a high degree.

The material combinations work well together.

Thank you for saying so. I'm very pleased with how the colours paired. I had a vision in my mind but you never quite know what wood is going to do.

Your work on instagram is stunning man. Art.
