Hello All,
Here's another tile-mosaic piece that I really like. Light, fast and dark. I hope you like her.
J.

"Swept Tip" Mosaic Bowie Knife
This light and fast bowie, along with a long swept clip, has an 8" blade of tile-mosaic damascus steel. The fullered oval guard is "jail-bar" wrought iron. The handle is A-grade African Blackwood with wrought iron and black spacers to match the guard and finished off with a stainless steel pin. The tooled leather blade sheath has black Shark-skin inlays. The overall length is 13 1/8" for this knife.
Price, with leather sheath: $1,100.00, plus shipping.

That's a beauty, J. I'm not particularly a mosaic fan, but this one works--and complements the blade shaping quite well.

J, thats fantastic! Tess's sheaths are unreal nowadays too!!! Whoa!!!

I have worked hands on in steel fabrication for around 30 years, the only two items that scare the hell out of me are 1) molten metal 2) 100 ton press for shaping steel plate, if you make a mistake there is no forgiveness.

It's amazing in many aspects for me to see the handcrafted impeccable craftsmanship you create, IMO  :)
