Swinging a forging hammer the Helm way

I put together a little video yesterday showing how I swing a hammer when forging. It's something that I always start out with if I'm ever teaching someone. There are different methods, this is just how I do it.

I'm going to relook at my anvil height, thinking it might be a little on the low side for me.
