how old is the watch,does it come with waranty and paperwork?thanks

I bought it in 1999 so it is several years old and has been sitting for a while. I will have a new battery installed and make sure it works properly before shipping. It comes With paperwork and 2 extra links along with original reciept. It oad a factory 3 year warranty and unfortuanetly that is over.
