My father just gave me his old knife collection. He had swiss champion pocket knife in the box in perfect condition never even seen daylight. He told me he got it as a kid in 69. Can anyone tell me if it's any more valuable than a modern one.

HOWEVER, in my opinion it doesn't matter really the value, it's your Dad's blade! Keep it, use it, enjoy it, and give it to your kids one day.

Old model Vic Champions (esp. in mint condition) are worth a good bit more than the modern Vic Champs. Keep it as a good collectible knife.
