You probably won't find anyone on this forum that has tried this particular sharpener. The reason is because there are more sharpeners than I can count that make claims like "The Last Sharpener You'll Ever Need." The vast majority of them should never have been made. Sharpeners like this that are only one grit and sharpen along the length of the blade tend to tear at the blade edge, making it uneven or worse. The manufacturer also claims that the sharpener will not raise a bur. Big red flag there. A decent sharpener should be able to raise a bur and then remove it. That way you know it's sharp. Stones, carbides, diamonds etc all wear out eventually. This sharpener appears to be a piece of carbide on a stick. The carbide is also concave and, odds are, won't match the shape of the knife blade on your scissors. I haven't used this sharpener, but all the tell tale signs of a peice of junk are there.
Are you just looking for something to sharpen your good scissors? If so, it would help if you mentioned exactly what kind of scissors you have. I sharpen sewing scissors on a regular basis. They don't all need to be sharpened the same way. If you have a pair of Gingher's, for example, they have a wide low angle bevel. The could be sharpened by hand fairly easily by someone relatively inexperienced on a good sharpening stone.
Anyway, if you get back with a few more details, maybe we can steer you in the right direction a little bit better.
