one of the handle is looser than the other,is this normal?

and u know u cannot unscrew the tool,wht kind of screw they used in the tool?

The handles are pinned, not screwed, so there really is no good way to adjust it.

There is quite alot of sidewards play in the knife blade and tools on mine , how bout yours ckl ?

for fixing side play in a pinned knife/tool, just slightly hit the pin with a hammer, and chech the play, hit again with a bit more strength if it hasn't changed anything. be careful not to hit too much, or you'll get very hard to open tools.
