I have a few of these and would like to sell as a package with discount and a bonus knife!
The 1020 has a really nice natural patina and has only cut soft food in kitchen. Also has an INCREDIBLE edge from
Father & Son Traditional Sharpening
(he does amazing work if you haven’t tried him).
The 1121 is satin with a few light scuffs, I put a pretty mean 17 degree edge on and it is hair popping sharp.
Selling together with a brown leather sheath made for these knives ($30 value) plus a lightly used Buck stockman.
