SPYDERCO FACTORY SECONDS, this means they do not carry the Spyderco warranty, they are fully functional and 2nds due to a blemish or other non-functional flaw. NO BOX & SMALL SECONDS NOTCH ABOVE SPYDERHOLE.
- Spyderco Rubicon: $225.00, New in zippered pouch, this is not a factory second. Purchased new when first released and has sat in the safe after inspecting. Blade centered, beautiful knife, just not for me. I would rate detent a 4, flipping is less a light switch flick and more like a button press.
- Spyderco Paramilitary 2 S90V Carbon Fiber: $295.00, blade centered, edge grind even, opens/closes smoothly, only flaws I can find is what appears to be a small inclusion close to the spine on the spyderco logo side and it had side to side blade play which I have adjusted out by tightening the pivot, has a small amount remaining if you apply significant torque side to side.
- Spyderco Paramilitary 2 S90V/CPM154 Carbon Fiber: $295.00 SOLD, blade centered, edge grind even, opens/closes smoothly, lamination line even on both sides. This appears to be a second due to what I would call a factory SLICER grind, the blade is noticeably thinner than a standard Para2, coming in at 2.75mm at the front of the opening hole vs. 3.5mm on a standard Para2.
