Hello, This is a great item for all of you T.A.D. fans and Emerson fanatics. It is a T.A.D. colaboration from 2002. I spoke with the people at T.A.D. and asked them what I had on my hands and they told me that it was one of the earliest colaborations that they ever did with another knife company. They approached Ernie Emerson and asked him if he would like to do a collab. after seeing the success of his Commander model (released in 1998) however, knowing T.A.D. they wanted something a bit beefier so Ernie presented them with the Super Commander and it was a hit. The people at T.A.D. had no official numbers of how many were released but mine is number 33 and it is written on the box and then the blade. On the blade it also has the T.A.D symbol on one side and on the other it has the year of 2002, which is one full year before the Super Commanders were put into production. The knife is in great condition and I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Price is $SOLD$ plus $$$$$ shipping for USPS Priority mail.
