I only 'discovered' knifemaker Todd Davison this past Spring and I have already purchased four knives from him in the last few months (and I will buy more.)
All are very nicely made and finished and are OUTSTANDING value for the money. If you are a beginning collector and ready for your first 'custom' slipjoint, one of Todd's knives would make a great start.
However, what has impressed me as much as the 'value' of Todd's knives, is his approach to customer satisfaction. As a marketing specialist of many (too many) years, this is something that I noticed from my first email contact with him.
Check out some of the knives he posts for sale on a regular basis - I think you'll be very impressed.
