All of us know the quality of Todd's work. He has become a modern icon of custom folder makers. But, he does not typically make fixed blades at all, even for customers who have purchased many of his folders. He is reported to have stated that he will NEVER make another fixed blade knife. This wonderful specimen from Todd is modeled after the Loveless Utility Hunter. It is 8.5 inches overall and has a 4 inch bead blasted hollow ground blade of CPM-154, Rc58-60. The handle is black and natural Micarta rings. This knife is very light and lovely. It comes with a fitted leather sheath. I originally bought this knife years ago to be a user, but it was so beautiful that I put it in the safe and have never used it.
I looked for this wonderful collectors item for many years and want it to go to a member who appreciates its beauty and rarity. If there is such a thing as a work of art that should appreciate in value in the future, this is likely to be it.
