La Hire made his payment just like he said he would.
Unfortunately I learned that there is no seller protection against fraudulent charges when the buyer has a foreign (non USA) PayPal account. That is unacceptable to me and I have refunded the payment.
This is no slight against La Hire, he did nothing wrong. He wanted the knife shipped to a USA address and I told him as long as the seller protection was in place I was good with the deal. Didn't work out that way and I am not comfortable taking the risk.
Knife is still available, and the terms of sale have been updated to no payments from non USA PayPal accounts.
