Payment must be made via PayPal and the price includes pp fees and USPS Priority Mail shipping. You must be 18 to purchase and its up to the buyer to know their local knife laws. Knife has been lightly carried, still has Todd's original hair popping edge. This was the first of a few knives that Todd made a couple years back that he was calling "stripers" for obvious reasons. Todd's description follows:

Shield - Stainless - inlaid & dbl. pinned.
