T.M. Hunt, Awesome Custom Knives! (photo-heavy)

You're killin me Mr G!

........I still want one in 1/8" ;)

Yeah, sorry man, that's just the way the story unfolded :).

I know, I know, maybe Todd will take the hint :) Personally I've been wondering if he could do one up in 7/32 ;)

Yes lol, I'm soooo totally joking around, the 3/16 is plenty for me :D

Mist, you are an asset to custom and hand made knifemakers everywhere. Another well written review, and as always, the pictures are great.

I have absolutely no real need for a chopper. Hell, I can't think of the last time I really *needed* a hatchet. But that chopper and 'hawk are seriously awesome.

One day. :)

Thanks for the compliments Strig! I'm glad you enjoyed the post.

I know what you mean man. When I'm in the woods, if I am not working then I am traveling lite and quiet...but damn the M-18 is really growing on me. It looks bigger in photos than it really is, chops bigger too.

The Magua is such an integral part of my life that even though I tried to do away with it in favor of something a bit flatter (for the back pocket carry) I just couldn't stick with it and the Magua returned to it's rightful place in my EDC. Luckily I am at a place now where no one bats an eyelash at me wearing it on my belt.

That's cool Derek, I was there when you picked that one up at the gathering I believe. Nice one man. Todd and I just discussed a Magua in 5/32 O-1. I'm looking forward to that :)

Todd and I are pretty busy at the Beckerhead gathering right now, but I'll try to post a pic or two of some of my T.M. Hunt blades this weekend.

Cool, I always like seeing your TM Hunt knives, you have some really nice ones!

Here's a few of my Black & Blue Magua. I love this knife.

These three Curly Maple Hornets were the groomsmen gifts I handed out to a few buddies who stood up there with me.

I really like the Magua you have. That handle looks great!. And the groomsmen had to like the hornets, I have an older one I forgot to include in these pics, very handle little tool indeed!

Ok, I snapped what I had on me at the gathering.

SWEET! So, you have one of the first Tradewaters too? Man that cleaver is just soooo bad ass. The detail on that thing is just amazing!!

I picked up this little hidden tang hunter from Todd Hunt at Blade, I couldn't resist. I'll post a few better pics of it tomorrow. This is a crappy pic from the show floor that does not do this knife justice...

Glad you're liking it man, the Yuma is an awesome knife. I'll have some in-use pics to post of the latest one I got from him soon. This one has a bit more detail to it with the soldered brass guard and also is a hollow grind done very well. I'm looking forward to hunting season with it :)

I've been looking forward to these pictures since you teased us with that last one.

Thank you, kindly!
As far as the groomsmen go, to say the like them is an understatement. It's few months after the wedding and I'm still get an occasional picture of something shred up with a hornet from boredom.

Im not usually the one to brag, but I have to mention this simply because its something that I take pride in. That brass guard is not soldered. That is all fit and finish. Hand filed to light press fit, then held in place by the handle, pin and epoxy.
