This shirt is pigment died into the fabric so there is no plastic iron on at all... It's just fabric. .... At any rate I'm sure they will fix it. The shirts themselves though are sick with it!

Still no word, I got an auto-reply message on Wednesday after i sent the email stating that they would respond within 24 hours. I guess that is only if their message is positive in nature.

Ill give them a call come Monday if I still have not heard anything. It is the weekend now so im not expecting a reply at this point.
 
I got an email today saying my order was processed but no tracking number.
 
My order was supposed to be delivered 9/7 and it hit Portland OR on 9/5 (I'm in Washington State). Tracking now shows delivery is scheduled for 9/13 and it was sent to Mesquite TX. They're going the wrong way. Don't know why they use UPS surepost, if they just used USPS Priority it would of been here before 9/7 instead of touring the US. My shirts will be well traveled.

Not impressed at all with spreadshirt.com.

Im surprised im the only one to get their order so far. Im hoping the ones of mine was just a fluke.
 
Oh crap they use UPS? From Las Vegas? It will be ten days before mine get here. I hate UPS.
 
Mine came yesterday and I am pleased as punch. They shipped out and were here in 3 days. The shirts look great. Of course I have to cut the collars off of the t shirts, I love the tank tops and the travel mug got it's first workout this morning.

The company is called The Mountain, I bought them for years at a small shop by my house and now they are easy to find online. I love the yeti, I also have a sick ass octopus one from them. And many more... Like I said they use no plastic or iron on junk... They pigment die the shirt itself!! Very high quality and COOL designs. Tons of fantasy, animals, nature, hunting, military etc... Their fighter jet and tank shirts are bad to the bone.

They ship UPS surepost, which means UPS gets it first, then they pass it to the post office to play around with for a few days before they deliver. Worst shipping method ever developed.
 
I agree! I have had a few packages delivered that way before. Very frustrating! My last county comm order came that way. 10 days and they drove by my house and dropped the package at my PO so it was yet another day wait.

Finally got a reply...

They didnt answer ANY of my questions, In fact Im not sure they typed a single word to me. They did however send me a mailing return label and automated instructions for returning the shirts.

They didnt bother to answer my questions, I asked them about the blue tint, I asked if they could improve the quality of the first shirt, I asked if it was better to use a different shirt color to make it show better.... NOTHING

Im not impressed with their customer service regardless of the quality of the shirts now. They said Id get a reply within 24 hours, it took multiple days and they still didnt care enough to answer not even 1 of my questions. Im not sure what I want to send back because im not sure it can be made better, and id rather have it like it is than not at all. I tried to explain this to them as well.... but again they didnt care to write back.

Another person I know ordered the same shirt, and got the same quality issue. So im not sure they can make that exact picture show better or not, hell, how can I know they wont talk to me.
 
Mine are still lost in the cosmos somewhere, and my shipping time is currently at 8 days and counting for them to ship from Las Vegas to Seattle with another 3 days before they are scheduled for delivery. My luck, they'll hit Portland for the 2nd time, and then be sent back to Mesquite TX again. I'll be lost in an infinite loop then.
 
I just ordered a shirt, I need to see first hand how they turn out. :) Maybe a mug and a phone case is in my future as well.
