every time i go to grinding, i loose another t-shirt to the Yellow stains , from sweating, grinding and the leather bib.
does anyone else have this too?
i would wear the same shirt, but the wife says no way.

Grind Naked

Seriously......Keep an old button down shirt in the shop to work in. But wash it once in a while.

I wear an apron, Yep a regular old cotten apron.
Blacksmiths often use a leather one.

I respect my wife's wishes about anywhere but, the shop. I am king there. I work in the metal and oil trades. My work shirts have special drawers, Wash em and wear em again and again. The beauty in the shop is the product, no the maker. Especially in my case. LOL

yep got about 5 t-shirts I wear only in the shop. Usuall keep them in the shop and put one on when I go out there. If I wore them in public most folks would think I was homeless.

i tend to catch my shirts on fire . i had to start grinding outside if i'm using my disc sander. its hard on the bones to stop, drop and roll on concrete:D

i grind and forge shirtless allot of the time and bathe in the sparks :) . yet somehow all my shirts have little pinholes from sparks and stains from grease/leather dye/rust/blood. anyone who knows me knows why though.

Yep, shop-dedicated t-shirts, I have a whole drawer full of em. No way I could wear my shop clothes in public!

Leather apron and black t-shirt sounds like a winning combo.
