It's funny how everybody seems to not like the #38 but loves the French Knives that are basically the exact same shape.

The #38 is still small compared to the smallest Laguiole.
But there's something in the blade...
It's the implantation of the blade in the #38 that opened shocks a bit I think.
But its ergonomy is very good (for me) after it's small....

The desert ironwood on this 78 is getting noticeably darker as of late.

Which is for the better, no more scary face in the grain, 5K Qs !
