My son was born a few days ago and I all of a sudden realized he is what matters, not all the knives I have and will never use - they just sit in my safe. So, not to overwhelm everyone, I release the items I'm selling in batches of 4 or 5. The pricing is either what I paid or what I consider fair based on several factor - some are priced up to $150 less than what I paid. If you have an issue with the pricing feel free to PM me, however these are pretty firm (especially this batch). All knives have never been used, carried, etc.

If interested, please comment below and immediately send a PM. The asking price is net via PayPal - please add 3% if using goods and services or have complete confidence in the friends and family option.

First up is one of the most beautiful Taber's (Dr. T's) I've ever owned. I pissed off a few people grabbing this and now I'm letting it go. Asking $550.00 NET. The ivory is gorgeous with caramel coloring. The knife is functionally perfect however the blade favors the left side ever so slightly but has no effect on the knife at all. This Taber is Gorgeous. The info on the knife can be read on the sheet that Dr. T including with the knife.

Second is a Taber Barlow that I have considered to one of my favorite knives. It has a black micarta bolster with mammoth ivory scales. The knife is exceptional. Asking $550 NET via PayPal.

3. Jim Dunlap Shadow Trapper Gents Knife in Red/Black Carbon Fiber. This is a catch a release for me. From previous owner "This is the rarest configuration of his gents pattern with only a handful or so having been made. The material is gorgeous and I've included pics in varying light to show the color. The scales are also very nicely contoured to help fill the hand while maintaining a slim profile.

Knife is 3 3/8" closed and the pull is a smooth 5, I can pinch it open just fine. Spring is flush in all three positions with lively snap. Blade centering favors the pile side ever so slightly. Steel is ATS-34 with a hand satin finish. There is absolutely zero blade play here, fantastic work. Asking $250 Net via PayPal.

Congratulations on the birth of your son. You are quite right---it changes everything, and for the better.

Wanted to say congrats as well, you are blessed. Wish I had the funds for these amazing knives.

I just found out your pics enlarge and that is a nasty deep crack in the ivory. Still interested but need to discuss via PM or email. Awaiting your reply.

Just want to say i backed out of buying the #56 with ivory but i do not know if the crack seen is superficial or deep.
