I got some 6al4v Ti, is it safe to make a fork and table knife out of it and use it?
Anything not so healthy in the Ti that might come loose and contaminate the food? I know the vanadium isnt that good to breathe in, but will it come loose when eating? Is it dangerous to ingest in some way?

if you think that the V in it could cause problems i wouldnt worry as there are more then a few blade steels that have V in them s30v maybe the most well known

There are alot of people walking around with Ti hardware in thier bodies. Ti is also very resistant to most acids so you do not any oxides to worry about.
